Critical to the planning, coordination, execution and management of the Air Force Special Warfare Assessment and Selection hiring process.

Executed all Assessment and Selection activities during a grueling 3-week Special Warfare indoctrination course.

OPERATIONS MANAGER -  ARES CORPORATION
Spearheaded strategic engagements with the Headquarters Air Force (HAF) Rapid Sustainment Office (RSO) about innovative training programs / visual content I developed and incorporated into Human Space Flight Support (HSFS) Rescue Force training, specifically Augmented Reality.

Engaged across Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and AFWERX to garner approvals for a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase 2 program, which resulted in receiving $750K in research funding to progress critical augmented reality training solutions.

Authored and pivotal to the executive level approval of the first-ever Human Space Flight Rescue Force Instructor/Qualification Course - Plan of Instruction (POI). The 105 page POI established and codified: course purpose, training objectives, course structure/content, learning activities, course material, instructor/equipment requirements and training program evaluation processes.

Led Rescue Force Instructor/Qualification Course. Leadership encompassed 50 hours of logistical preparation and 70 hours/2,000 man-hours of curriculum development to ensure 19 lesson plans, 14 classroom presentations, totaling 573 slides, were reviewed, refined, solidified and ready to execute.

Spearheaded the incorporation of Air Force Digital Media Office personnel who documented all aspects of the Human Space Flight Rescue Force Instructor/Qualification Course. The associated digital video and photos led to the first-ever online video instructional courses.

Directly coordinated with the DoD Executive Joint Staff Division to launch the first-ever Online Distance Learning Management System. Standardized course material for 10 different classes and led all aspects of course admissions, enrollment, progress tracking, evaluation, and completion which impacted 1,000+ personnel saving the DoD over 2,880 man-hours annually.
SPECIAL WARFARE PARARESCUEMAN -  UNITED STATES AIR FORCE
Implemented strategies, developed processes and guided managers in performing a broad range of administrative, operational and HR functions. Created reports and presented recommendations to improve operations; established core development standards, policies, procedures and maintained administrative records. Directed delivery of comprehensive training programs and served as primary resource on requirements for advancement.
Oversaw gathering, reviewing and analysis of sensitive information critical to strategic planning. Aligned staff resources with workflow requirement; provided teams with up-to-date operational information in highly dynamic environment. Implemented plans to optimize staff training in support of organizational goals for domestic and international initiatives. Directed operations in collaboration with senior management. Assess daily activities and outcomes; presenting weekly reports to senior executives.
Served as principal advisor to senior managers in all matters pertaining to risk mitigation, information gathering, analysis and operational planning. Provided operational services to ensure organizational goals were achieved through proper program implementation.
Directed the execution, delivery, accountability and utilization of $50M in equipment resources and an annual budget of $8M.

Managed, led and supervised 240 personnel conducting strategic operations across 10 countries throughout THE MIDDLE EAST, Northern Africa and Europe.

Collaborated with the U.S. Ambassador to Libya and the U.S. 4-Star Commanding General for Africa which generated Presidential approved objective.

Developed and established new operations in developing marketplace which expanded global footprint 200% and increased revenue 33%.

Devised, wrote and launched improved global rotation plan that synchronized 11 external organizations across 4 different agencies.

Initiated, planned, executed, monitored, and closed a complete organizational structure redesign: 10 departments empowered with delegated authority.

Authored, implemented and led 52 week training plan which resulted in unparalleled efficiencies generated in training upgrades: 66% increase.
Conceptualized and created new hiring process which resulted in 20 instructional plans that increased organizational manning by 25%.

Deployed on 17 classified operations around the globe with responsibility to brief and garner approvals from U.S. State Department Ambassadors and senior leaders.
